Registration and login

What should I do if I have not received the confirmation code for my account?

First check that your phone number is correct. If you have not received the code, you can then click on the link available on the application « resend the code again ». If you still haven’t received the validation code, please contact Bloosh customer service directly via the application or at serviceclient@bloosh.app.

What if the code doesn't work?

Usually the problem is that you have clicked twice on the « send a code » button and received two codes in a row. The best thing to do is to close the application, log back in and request a new code by pressing « send code« . If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact customer service directly on the application or via the email address serviceclient@bloosh.app.

Forgot my password to log in?

Next to your profile picture you have three small dots. By pressing these dots you can reset your password.

Using the application

Do I have to pay to use Bloosh?

You can download Bloosh for free from the Apple store and Play store. There you will find paid and free events.

Can I change the language of the application?

Yes! Just go to your « profile » and then to « settings« .  You will have the choice between French or English.

I have created an event but I don't see it appearing?

Closes and opens the application, the event should appear. If not, contact the customer service directly on the application or via the following email address serviceclient@bloosh.app.

How can I see the list of events organised by Bloosh?

On the home page, press the Bloosh logo. There you can see the list of Bloosh events.

The application is buggy at the moment?

Empty the cache, then uninstall and reinstall the application. If the bugs persist contact customer services directly on the application or via the following email address serviceclient@bloosh.app.

I sent a request to participate in an event and I still haven't received an answer?

You can send a message via the application to the event organizer. To do so, go to his profile, where you will find the option « send a message« . Or you can go to the presentation of the event you will have the option « send a message to the host« .

My Bloosh account has been deleted, I don't understand why?

You must have received an e-mail or sms explaining the reason for deleting your account. If you didn’t receive a message, check your spam. The Bloosh team reserves the right to delete profiles that are fraudulent or do not comply with the Bloosh code of conduct.

Why have I still not received the money after my event?

Once the event has taken place, we check that everything went well.  Then you receive your money within 5 working days. If after this deadline you still haven’t received anything, contact customer service directly on the application or via the following email address serviceclient@bloosh.app.

How do I write to a user?

You can find a user by writing their name on the search bar. This way you can consult their profile and add them to your favourites.

How can I evaluate the participants or host of an event?

Once the event is over, you will receive a notification that allows you to evaluate the event and its organizer.

How can I edit my profile information?

Once connected to the application, go to the « menu« , click on your profile photo and press the « edit » button to edit the information of your choice. Don’t forget to save before leaving the page.

How do I change my general information?

Once connected to the application, go to the « menu« , click on « parameters », in the « account » tab, you will be able to press the « modify » button to edit the information of your choice. Don’t forget to press « save » to complete the operation.

Is the payment system secure?

We work with the Stripes payment system to offer you a simple and totally secure payment solution.

Is the application secure?

The personal information requested during registration allows us to check profiles in order to protect our users. In case of problems, we invite users to report any inappropriate behaviour or comments. Illegal content, comments and profiles will be deleted. On the application, via the « report a problem » button, you can take photos of incidents and send them directly to us.  Finally, it is up to the organiser to accept requests to participate in his event. He can rely on the notes, profile, and social networks of each participant to get an idea before validating his application. Our teams check the smooth running of each event. In the event of a hitch, you will be reimbursed!

Why do I have to take a selfie with my ID?

This photograph allows us to verify your identity and validate your profile. This process is essential to ensure the security of our users.

How does Bloosh protect my personal data?

The protection of our users’ personal data is essential to us.  You can find details of the measures we have taken to protect your data on our website and on the Bloosh application in the section « protection of personal data ».

Why does the profile picture have to be a picture of me?

Users will have more confidence in you if you show your true face.

Is it legal to make money with Bloosh?

Organising a private party at home is perfectly legal. The financial contribution requested from participants enables the organiser to cover its organisational costs (decoration, food, entertainment, etc.). We suggest that you keep the purchase receipts in order to present them if necessary in the event of an inspection.

What happens if the event does not take place?

If the event does not take place, participants will be reimbursed in accordance with the Bloosh charter.
